Strawberry Fields opened in 2016 and has been at the heart of leyton since Strawberry Fields Day Nursery (Leyton) is a small and inclusive setting which offers high-quality, flexible childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Our aim is to create a safe, happy, and relaxed atmosphere for all the children.
The nursery operates from 3 different rooms. Our lower level accommodates 12 babies aged 3 months – 2yrs. The first floor accommodates 12 toddlers aged 2. On the ground floor, we have 26 pre-schoolers aged 3-5 years. All rooms give children the freedom to explore a variety of planned activities, helping them develop their everyday skills. Our staff team strive to achieve the very best for the children at all times and aims to give them the best head start in life.
The staff team are dedicated to always achieving the finest care and has a firm belief that the children’s needs are paramount. All members of staff have the relevant qualifications in childcare, with the majority holding the equivalent to a Level 3 and above. The staff team all hold an up-to-date enhanced DBS and have full first aid, safeguarding & fire training.
At Strawberry Fields Day Nursery, we are dedicated and passionate about achieving the best for our children. We pride ourselves in quickly recognising individual needs and providing opportunities for children to achieve their personal goals and further their abilities. By adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, we can cover all areas of learning and development and monitor their progress through careful planning and observations. Working closely with parents ensures smooth transitions and a healthy start to life.
